Today's challenge is to allow yourself one of your favorites.

We spend a lot of time not doing our favorite things because they may be indulgent like, eating our favorite food, doing our favorite activity, or eating a desert. Every once in a while treat yourself. Let yourself enjoy life without fear of guilt. Giving this gift to yourself is a good way to pamper yourself and recharge your batteries.
