Thank someone

Another way to take care of yourself is to thank someone. We have people that are in our daily lives that do things over and over. We may become accustom to them handling this tasks so much so that we don't see that it warrants a thank-you anymore. Letting our loved ones know that we appreciate their effort is a great connection-building tool.

Say thank you to as many loved ones as you can today! Maybe you'll get one back.
