Laugh

Everyone knows that laughing brings down stress levels. Laughing brings joy. Laughing is a great way to take care of yourself.

It's not so easy if your life is filled with chaos or negative experiences. We need to be mindful and seek out ways to laugh. This momentary break can shift away from those negative feelings and emotions that we deal with.

Today, I'll encourage you to find something that will bring laughter into your life.
