One of the most important thing you can do for yourself is to find things to be grateful for. If we think about all the things we have in our life and learn to find these things in almost everything, we can learn to find joy. We can learn to see the blessing we have. Our focus shifts to something other than the negative that seems to be our focus in life.

So today's challenge it to find ten things to be grateful for. Try to be specific and try to find it in everything you do today. See if you can go past ten things.
